Hauppauge, NY April 26, 1999 CosmoCom, the leader in pure IP call center technology, today announced the release of CosmoCall 2.1, the newest version of their award-winning CosmoCall software. CosmoCall 2.1 adds the ability to offer simultaneous multiple chat sessions and pre-stored responses, taking customer service operations based on CosmoCall to the next level.
CosmoCall is a complete IP-based virtual call center system which goes far beyond the capabilities of traditional telephone call center technology. An all-media system, CosmoCall seamlessly blends telephone calls and live multimedia Internet sessions from the Web. It also manages and distributes both live calls and messages, including voice, fax, and e-mail messages. CosmoCall supports fully distributed operation with remote agents and multiple site operation transparently via its IP backbone that transports voice and data.
