CosmoCom Continues Expansion of Operations

Opens Offices in New York and U.K.

New York, NY, August 30, 1999 -- CosmoCom, developer of the first pure IP-based virtual call center technology, today announced the opening of new offices in Manhattan and the United Kingdom.

"We are an international company with customers and opportunities in many countries," said Chairman, President and CEO, Ari Sonesh. "Our rapid sales growth this year and the increasing international interest in CosmoCall are behind this expansion. Our goal is to be closer to our customers and potential customers, and we expect to continue to develop our national and international presence in the future."

CosmoCom is headquartered in Hauppauge, New York. Its office in La Jolla, CA opened in 1998.

The Manhattan office at 11 Penn Plaza, (Seventh Avenue between 31^st and 32^nd Streets), is easily accessible via all forms of mass transportation including the LIRR, Metro North, New York City subway and bus systems.

The U.K. location at Riding Court Road, Datchet, Berkshire, is just a 10 minute taxi ride from Heathrow Airport. This office will serve as a center of competence for the rapidly expanding European market.
