C@ll Center CRM Solutions Names CosmoCall Universe Product of the Year

Continuing Trend of Industry Recognition for CosmoCom 

Hauppauge, NY, January 25, 2000 — CosmoCom, Inc., the industry leader in pure IP-based contact center technology, today announced that its flagship product, CosmoCall Universe, has been designated “Product of the Year” by C@ll Center CRM Solutions magazine. This award continues the trend of growing industry recognition for CosmoCall Universe, which was also designated Product of the Year by Computer Telephony, Internet Telephony and Communications Solutions magazines and Editor’s Choice by both Call Center and C@ll Center Solutions

Announced in the January 2000 issue of C@ll Center CRM Solutions, the Product of the Year Award is given to companies considered by the magazine’s editors to be the developers of “innovative products and services that have furthered call center/CRM technology”.
