eBusiness/CRM professional services firm headquartered in Campbell, California. Under the terms of the agreement, MJM will integrate its Clarify solutions with CosmoCall Universe, the pure IP-based contact center technology from CosmoCom, positioning MJM to web-enable its clients contact centers.
This agreement, under which MJM will become a sales agent for CosmoCall Universe, will benefit both companies by linking CosmoComs essential eCare technology with a professional services organization that can deliver complete, customized eCRM solutions.
MJM has cultivated a reputation for expertise in internal help desk and external technical support operations. According to Jasmine Wevers, MJM Technologies President and CEO, the agreement announced today will broaden the companys appeal to
