MELVILLE, N.Y., November 14, 2000 - CosmoCom, Inc. the leading provider of new generation call center platforms, announced today it has entered into a reseller agreement with Systex, Taiwan's
largest software and information technology company. This agreement licenses Systex to resell CosmoCall UniverseTM, CosmoCom’s pure IP contact center technology, in Taiwan and Mainland China.
“CosmoCom’s growth in the Asia Pacific region has been greatly strengthened by allying with Systex, Taiwan’s leader in information technology,” said Meir Yaniv, Senior Vice President of CosmoCom.
“Taiwan is a key market for entry to Asia for CosmoCom. Since earlier this year, we have gained tremendous interest and substantial sales volume for CosmoCall Universe in Taiwan, and we are very pleased to
be working with Systex on these opportunities.”

China. Systex, a major supplier to ChungHwa Telecom, has proactively introduced many leading brand name products and services to the Asia Pacific region. In addition to CosmoCom, Systex currently has
strategic relationships with such internationally renowned companies as IBM, Hewlett Packard, Sun Microsystems, Cisco, Intel, Veritas, Microsoft, and VISA International.
The Systex distribution channel reaches into the greater Asia region with joint venture companies in Hong Kong and Thailand, and two sales offices in Mainland China located in Beijing and Guangzhou. Systex
also maintains a direct sales force of more than 200 sales representatives, and has formed alliances with hundreds of cooperative value added resellers and systems integrators.
In addition to supporting the needs of the local market and business partners, under the terms of the agreement, Systex has the right to appoint other resellers with CosmoCom’s approval. The first company
to be appointed is LogicWare, a leading value-added reseller based in Taiwan.
