CosmoCom forms Marketing Alliance with One on One Contact Solutions

Melville, N.Y., November 7, 2001 - CosmoCom, the leading provider of IP-based contact center infrastructure to service providers, has formed a marketing alliance with One on One Contact Solutions, a contact center consulting and services company. As part of the alliance, CosmoCom and One on One Contact Solutions will co-market their products and services to potential customers.
