via Interactive Chat Powered by CosmoCom

Website chat button connects customers to a live IDG World Expo agent

HONG KONG – January 6, 2003 – CosmoCom, Inc. today announced that IDG World Expo (Asia), the regional exposition arm of International Data Group, has added a ‘Web chat’ feature to its Website based on CosmoCom technology to enable live, personalized customer service via the Internet. Customers visiting http//www.idgexpoasia.com can now interact in real-time with a service representative for detailed information on the many conferences that IDG World Expo manages throughout Asia.
