Award Recognizes Leadership in
Contact Routing
MELVILLE,
NY – September 2, 2003 – CosmoCom, the leading

announced that it has been named a winner in The Fifth
Annual Users Choice Awards, sponsored by CRMAdvocate. The
company’s product, CosmoCall Universe, was entered in the
category of Contact Routing.
The Users Choice Awards is the only awards program in which customer relationship management (CRM) products are judged by the end user. There were 106 product entries in multiple categories.
